As the Landscape Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a multi-functional team responsible for the entire product portfolio life cycle. Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team to manage and oversee the Landscape product portfolio
  • Support Long Range Planning and Strategic Deployment Planning
  • Build, track, and report critical metrics to ensure results
  • Plan and implement multiple projects over a fiscal year
  • Lead projects from concept to launch through stage gate process
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project execution
  • Recruit and retain outstanding engineering talent and foster career development
Requirements:
  • Commutable distance to our Solon, Ohio office
  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, LED lighting product design ideal
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication methods
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a collaborative environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar CAD package
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (
