Overview:

Performance Kings Honda is seeking a Receptionist/Clerical Professional for immediate hire

As the Receptionist, you should provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude while assisting colleagues. Your key role will be managing the clerical tasks required for the front desk receptionist, assisting customers as needed, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

Position details:

  • Work hours - 28 to 33 hours per week, with the potential of full time.
  • Position pay - $15.00, per hour.
  • Position availability - 5 days, per work week: two-day shifts, two evening shifts until 8 PM and Saturday/Sunday rotation.

The ideal person for our dealership's Receptionist and Clerical Office Worker should have basic computer literacy and be able to input data accurately and efficiently. Candidates should have customer service experience, be able to answer phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and do so with a professional, and cheerful outlook.

The Clerical Receptionist will file and organize administrative documents and communicate and work well with others. You will also be trained to complete the Service Deposit, at no cost to you. Prior Cashier experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department or dealership personnel.
  • Address customer questions in an efficient and helpful manner.
  • Collect, update, and input customer data accordingly.
  • File paperwork, per the office manager's policy.
  • Accurately and effectively communicate with customers, and colleagues.
  • Complete service deposit paperwork, as directed by the office manager.



Qualifications:

Receptionist / Clerical Professional Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous cashier experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Possess basic computer literacy skills.
  • Bilingual education is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of operating a scanner, fax, and photocopy machines is ideal.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record.
  • Substance screening is required for all employees at Performance Kings Honda.
