The ideal candidate cares about delivering best-in-class customer service and works well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, efficient, discrete, objective, professional, and who has a strong passion for customer experience. This person should:
* Recruitment, onboarding, and training of new CX team members.
* Daily management of customer service inbox ensuring the customer service team meets SLAs by responding to customers in a timely manner.
* Implementation of new procedures and processes (best practices) to ensure best in class customer experience.
* Analysis of CX performance and reporting to cross functional teams.
* Serving as the main point person for cross functional teams and relay information back to the CX team.
* Work closely with cross functional teams on projects or processes that directly affect the customer: FAQ page updates, sizing feedback and suggestions, customer service copy in email campaigns, product upload, etc.
* Manage communication with Brands We Love partners to ensure Something Navy customers receive support quickly and effectively.
* Manage knowledge base to ensure the customer service team has up to date SOPs and product information to respond to customer inquiries accurately.
* Report KPI to cross functional teams such as top ticket categories, CSAT, % inquiries pertaining to shipping delays/ returns/ damaged or defective goods, etc.
**Qualifications:**
* Customer support experience (5+ years)
* Expert in Zendesk and Shopify
* Bonus points for experience managing a knowledge base like Guru
* Optimistic and energetic
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
