We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Sales Planning Analyst to join our Corporate Demand team in Dallas. This regular/at-will position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact on our business. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of trade strategies that drive brand growth and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing trade promotions, monitoring performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize our trade and marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and execution of trade initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing promotional budgets, forecasting trade spend, and evaluating the effectiveness of trade activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining databases and systems for tracking trade promotions, as well as preparing reports and presentations for senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities to recommend strategies that enhance our market position. SKILLS:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales analysis, or a related field within the CPG industry

Proven track record of managing and analyzing trade promotions

Experience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRI

Familiarity with trade spend management software and CRM systems

Prior experience in a corporate marketing department is preferred

History of creating impactful presentations and reports for senior management

Experience working with sales and finance departments to align trade strategies

Understanding of the retail landscape and shopper marketing tactics

Previous involvement in project management and cross-functional team collaboration

Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
