The UCLA Training, Intervention, Education, and Services (TIES) for Families program is seeking to hire a part-time Community Resource Coordinator. The TIES for Families program is an interdisciplinary program dedicated to optimizing the growth and development of foster/adoptive children from birth to age 26, and their families. You will provide a variety of support to the program staff and clients. Primary duties include: Provide referrals and linkages to appropriate community resources and services including recreation, health, and wellbeing resources. Participate in community outreach, team, and community meetings and trainings Assess resource needs of individuals and families Facilitate client development by linking clients and family members to greater services, resources, and supports Assist in data collection and research Additional responsibilities include maintaining an internal program repository of community resources and programs. Please note this is a limited position that may convert to career.
