Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting daily administrative functions, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations. This role is crucial in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to all staff, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing conference room bookings.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and financial data, while generating reports as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Support client service efforts by responding to inquiries and assisting with client-related tasks in a professional manner.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing office events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Financial Support: Help with invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial administrative tasks in collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
