Requirements Education and work experience:
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with relational databases and writing and maintaining SQL code
  • Intermediate to advance skills in manipulating data using Python or R
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in any data visualization/BI tool, especially Spotfire, RShiny or Kibana
  • Change management execution and community engagement

Preferred skillsets:
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets
  • Experience in Agile methods, UI/UX, API development and/or cloud technology deployments

Responsibilities:

RWDEx
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of data footprinting dashboards using Spotfire, RShiny, Kibana or any similar tool, to compare the top tier RWD assets in RWDEx based on patient counts across disease areas and products and other quantitative features. This involves working on the necessary data wrangling and transformation steps across multiple datasets.
  • Lead the creation of a data asset selection tool that will help users identify the most suitable RWD asset for a given study based on specific qualitative attributes of the datasets and the requirements for the study. This involves systematically reviewing the metadata for the top tier datasets in RWDEx and in some cases requesting input from the data vendors.

Model Exchange
  • Gather, analyze and prioritize stakeholder input from across geographies and functional areas to identify business use cases and resource needs
  • Increase adoption and usage of Model Repository and Model Exchange through targeted engagement strategies
  • Collaborate as part of an agile team with model scientists, data scientists, subsidiary model users (e.g., outcomes research, market access, policy, and medical affairs), IT partners and subject matter experts to support this critical business digital capability and to ensure that the integrated platform meets our company's growing and needs in this rapidly evolving domain.
  • Align and seamlessly integrate roadmap with other foundational enterprise data and analytic platforms

General
  • Coordinate efforts with other RWDEx and Model Exchange workstreams and team members
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness, manage stakeholders, track usage and reports
  • Define and measure success metrics and support change progress
  • Independently develop high-quality client deliverables in a timely manner
