Projektphasen, Terminen und MeilensteineUnterstutzung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Dokumentationen, Updates, Prasentations-, Schulungs- und WorkshopmaterialienQualitatsbezogene Aufgaben wie z.B. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitatsstandards fur Projektunterlagen und ArbeitsprodukteAuswertung von Projekt-Reports, -controlling und Berichtswesen (z.B. Termine, Kosten, Qualitat)Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse im PMOMind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung z.B. als Support Specialist (PMO), Assistenz im Projektwesen/Projektmanagement oder Assistenz der GeschaftsfuhrungStudium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit kaufmannischem oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem HintergrundKenntnisse gangiger Projektmanagement-MethodenErfahrung in der Buroorganisation und administrativen UnterstutzungMS-Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Beruhrung zur SAP-SystemlandschaftFlieende Deutschkenntnisse (min.
