Additionally, the Deposit Support Processor II will process transactions and complete maintenance requests on deposit products and will make general ledger adjustments to keep accounts in balance.ResponsibilitiesEnsures that deposit accounts meet Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements as outlined in both internal guidelines and external regulations; adds exceptions for incomplete or missing documentation and works with account officers, branch staff, and customers to resolve.
