Job Summary:
The Call Center Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the company's products or services. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator who can efficiently handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience by providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, including call details, issues, and resolutions, in the company's CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
