As a Senior Customer Service Representative / Contracts Administrator, you will be at the forefront of managing intricate customer relationships and handling complex orders. This role is perfect for those who thrive in solving challenging issues and have experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or similar departments.

As a Contracts Administrator, You'll Be Responsible for: Complex Order Management: Efficiently processing and overseeing complex customer orders, ensuring adherence to trade regulations and customer specifications. Effective Communication: Responding to customer RFQs/RFPs with precision, managing follow- ups, and ensuring accurate documentation. Strategic Pricing and Quoting: Crafting pricing proposals for off-contract opportunities, and participating in the quoting process in collaboration with Business Unit Managers and finance teams. Customer Portal Management: Overseeing customer portals for order retrieval, acceptance/rejection, quoting, and updates. Issue Resolution: Tackling customer complaints and inquiries, coordinating across departments to solve issues with shipments and orders.

The successful Senior Contracts Administrator will have the below: Bachelors Degree is preferred but not essential 3+ years of experience in contracts administration Knowledge of working within defense/governmental agencies such as Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Familiarity with US Government FAR/DFAR regulations, SAM/DIBB databases, and USG negotiation. Demonstrable skills to include; excel functions like VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. Skilled at aligning customer requests with contractual stipulations and business conditions.
