Basic Job Functions:
- Credit Evaluation: Assess credit applications and ongoing creditworthiness to ensure financial stability and risk management.
- Lien Protection: Safeguard lien rights through careful evaluation and processing of lien waiver requests.
- Collection Efforts: Manage and execute all collection activities to maintain cash flow and recover outstanding payments.
- Payment Processing: Handle lockbox payments efficiently to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with our builders, as well as internal and external sales team, production, and other departments, to provide exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of experience in banking, finance or accounting
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Experience working with Microsoft D365
- 2 years' experience in construction related credit administration.
