Position: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance production efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will analyze production methods and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to reduce costs and enhance quality. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. You will develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process control plans. Additionally, you will support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to achieving operational excellence and meeting production targets.

    • Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and fabrication.
    • Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with CNC machining, robotics, and automation systems.
    • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other lean manufacturing methodologies.
    • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
    • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
