Job Overview

HotRun Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve production issues and improve product quality
  • Work closely with engineering to develop and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Train and mentor operational personnel on new equipment and processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with injection molding and process control
