Expand our customer base by targeting new markets and industries. Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach and technical consultation to successful onboarding and post?sale support. Strategic Customer Development: Build and nurture long?term relationships with new clients to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust?based relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions to meet their technical and business objectives. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to prospective clients, leveraging your electronics knowledge to address complex challenges. All other duties as required and domestic travel at 20?30% Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Proficiency in Japanese (business?level or higher) is required. Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong understanding of electronic components, systems, and applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self?starter with a goal?oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
