THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system, including system setup and implementation, administration, development and maintenance, process improvement, data management, reporting and analytics, and user training.

Responsibilities:

System Administration and Implementation:

  • Lead and work closely with 3rd party partner in the implementation of CPM solution which includes: financial reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Manage project lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support
  • Partner with senior leaders across all business functions to ensure data integrity from Netsuite, Redshift, and ADP
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies for CPM systems.

Development & Maintenance:

  • Design and implement budgeting workflows within CPM solution for the annual/quarterly budgeting process
  • Develop and design robust headcount planning module within the CPM solution
  • Develop and design what-if scenarios and sensitivity analysis for projections within the CPM solution
  • Maintain and enhance existing financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CPM system-related inquiries and issues.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function and broader organization to streamline budgeting process, monthly reporting, and support enterprise goals/objectives
  • Analyze and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management metrics.

Data Management & Governance:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
  • Develop and implement data quality controls for the CPM solution.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy within the FP&A team
  • Lead the development and implementation of cost allocation methods, customer gross profit reporting, and departmental P&Ls
  • Generate insightful reports and analysis to support informed decision-making
  • Assist in preparation of the monthly financial deck, for the executive leadership team and BOD.

Training, Support and Guidance:

  • As a subject matter expert in finance systems, provide training and support to end-users on KPI and performance management tools
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the CPM solution
  • Foster a culture of self-service by empowering users to leverage financial data effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Some experience with SQL is a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite, Tableau, CPM (Hyperion/Planful/Prophix/Jedox [or similar product])
  • Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and implementation of financial management software
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices
  • Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and KPI development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum US Base Salary:
USD $76,000.00/Yr.

Maximum US Base Salary:
USD $114,000.00/Yr.
