We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations. Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes. Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial reports. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors. Identify process improvements and implement best practices. Provide financial analysis to support management decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial issues. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in cash flow management and projections. Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor and analyze financial data for discrepancies and variances. Participate in financial planning and strategy discussions. Mentor and train junior accounting staff. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning. Participate in system implementations and upgrades as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proficient in Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Important to have a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Company Description:
