Provide guidance on Trust Fund Monitoring. Budget Monitoring: Work closely with RM team to download latest Unit's budget monitoring report. Respond to budget related queries from team members. Support the preparation and review of project documents. Coordinate with specialists to ensure soundness of project implementation arrangements. Maintain a close working relationship with the Client and Bank project teams. Portfolio Management: Regularly monitor and track progress of deliverables. Respond to requests for portfolio data for the Unit. Develop a dashboard specific to FCI unit in Power BI portal. Collaborate on portfolio matters and represent the Unit in meetings. Selection Criteria: A minimum of master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of the Bank operational systems. Strong analytical and research skills. Knowledge of Trust Funds and related policies. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Thorough working knowledge of Operations Portal, BI, Word, Power Point, Power BI and SAP. Advanced user of Excel; knowledge of statistical applications is a plus.
