Join us as a Project Customer Service Representative in our Apopka, FL facility.

This position will work closely with the Pentair pool distribution channel to quote, order, plan, and stock accordingly for commercial pools. This role is crucial in maintaining project documentation and ensuring data integrity within the ERP. The individual will produce various presentations that may include spreadsheets and/or charts, while assisting with data entry processes.

What's in it for you?
  • The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $27 - $30 (paid weekly). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about this opportunity:
  • Provide internal and external customers with exceptional customer service
  • Documentation of project stages: quotation, drawings, submittal, order, delivery, installation
  • Work operations to maintain proper order lead times and prioritization
  • Communicate project schedule to distribution
  • Examine processes with the Project Support Supervisor
  • Record VOC regarding production rates, quality control, product packaging/shipping, and safety performance in Salesforce
  • Communicate with distribution: project(s) open and pending while proving project Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, and resolve customer service issues
  • Monitor changing lead time conditions for configured and non-configured products for project orders
  • Understand product timelines, shipping requirements, and installation stages
  • Follow project document retention guidelines
  • Enter purchase orders with order integrity in ERP: correct configuration, lead times, estimated ship dates, compliance, pricing, change order requests, shipping notes, and other necessary requirements for project success
  • Project aftercare follow-up with distribution
  • Process claims, RMAs, warranty while reporting on trends within the product category with leadership
  • Serve as a technical resource for the external customer and internal staff
  • Serve as a SME for commercial products
Position Hours/Shift:
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
Requirements:
  • Effective communication in English with writing and proofreading skills and quality decision making
  • Collaborates across multiple departments
  • Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint presentation skills a plus
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Work related experience in a relevant or similar industry to pool equipment, pool construction, project support can be substituted for education.
  • Physical Requirements: frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • Travel Requirements: Potential for light travel: 10%
