About the job Sr. Electrical Engineer Salary: $ 127,500.00We have partnered with an engineering and construction company in the Bethlehem, PA area to provide them with a Senior Electrical Engineer. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Sr. Electrical Engineer:#1. Must have at least 5 years of hands-on field experience.#2. Must have Heavy Industrial project experience.#3. Must have load lists, one lines, circuit schedules, lighting, grounding, cable tray, underground plans, layouts, area classification, 3D model review, and project lead reports exp.#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years Responsibilities of the Sr. Electrical Engineer: Discipline EngineeringPerforms engineering tasks within the engineer's background, education, and licensure knowledge base.Develops electrical design packages. Packages to include but are not limited to load lists, one lines, circuit schedules, lighting, grounding, cable tray, underground plans, layouts, area classification, 3D model review, and project lead reports.Completes electrical reports, calculations, and studies.Responds to questions from the field team during construction.Electrical Equipment SpecificationSizes and rates electrical equipment needed to perform required project functions.Creates electrical equipment specifications and datasheets.Reviews vendor and contractor bids and assists in procurement.Ensures Quality of Engineering DeliverablesReviews deliverables for engineering correctness and constructability.Facilitates interaction between departments, including completing a RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) interdepartmental check.Assist with other duties as assignedRequirements of the Sr. Electrical Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field or equivalent experience required.Professional Engineering License Required.5+ years experience working with multidiscipline project teams specific to engineering required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.Experienced user of technology and software required to execute daily tasks.Ability to self-direct and have a sense of responsibility for own tasks, deliverables, and timelines.Must have a valid, active driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.Other Key Requirements:100% in office roleNo sponsorships or visa holders.
