The Marketing Coordinator at Agilex Fragrances will be integral in sculpting our marketing strategies to reflect the vibrant, dynamic pace of our industry while focusing on both client and consumer needs. Your key responsibilities Support the Marketing Team in efficiently addressing and resolving client inquiries Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the personal care, home care and fragrance world, including pioneering product introductions and shifts in consumer preferences, to enhance and tailor our marketing initiatives. Perform in-depth market analysis and research into key competitors within specific categories to pinpoint growth opportunities for our brand. Coordinate and manage the logistics of product launches, including the acquisition of new products and facilitating internal product awareness We bring A vibrant, creative atmosphere where innovation in fragrance is celebrated. You bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, complemented by a robust understanding of cross-category branding. A minimum of 2-3 years in marketing, ideally within the home, personal care, fragrance, or luxury goods industries. Proven expertise in brand development and category management specifically in the beauty or fragrance sectors. Skilled in Microsoft Suite, with a strong flair for design and visual storytelling. Exceptional project management prowess, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to fruition.
