Position Overview
The Finance Administrator will play a key role in managing the efficient and effective use of the CFO's and, to a certain extent, the Executive Team's, time. This person will coordinate, on behalf of the CFO, meetings, travel, and other events and programs with both internal and external parties. This person will be an important part of making sure the finance team remains connected between the two corporate headquarters including coordinating team functions and activities to ensure open communication and a sense of team. There will be times when this person's responsibilities and deadlines will extend beyond a standard Monday through Friday, 8-5 schedule, but the opportunity to be a part of big-picture projects and tasks provides for an exciting and inspiring role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 additional year of administration, finance, executive assistant, or similar experience required
  • Dutch Bros shop experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Job may require travel, on occasion
  • This position requires driving, when necessary
Location Requirement:
  • This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and is required to be in office 4 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Financial Officer's weekly activities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up
  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, mail, and e-mail
  • Handle confidential information relevant to corporate financial and operational matters
  • Use business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, G-Suite) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Work independently in managing multiple projects and tasks with minimal work direction
  • Prepare and manage status reports for department projects, keeping track of deliverables, launch dates, and deadlines
  • Prioritize workload requirements, anticipate problems, and create contingency plans, as necessary
