Reporting directly to our Senior Director of School Partnerships, the successful candidate will drive new business relationships and expand existing business partnerships with a focus on providing In-District Classroom (IDC) solutions, a unique school-in-a-school model dedicated to special and alternative education, as well as professional development and direct student services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Cycle Management: Own the IDC sales cycle for assigned territory, from target and prospect identification through to contract close. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and in-house Proposals Team to ensure seamless operations. Prospect Identification and Attraction: Identify and attract targets and prospects for IDC sales. Generate leads via targeted marketing campaigns, current customer referrals, and relevant conferences. Sales Planning and Oversight: Develop and oversee a sales plan targeting attractive prospects to achieve revenue and profit goals. Proposal Development Leadership: Collaborate with the in-house proposals team to lead the development of sales proposals. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Special Education directors, district leaders, school board members, community leaders, and other influential constituents. Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify attractive markets that align favorable funding frameworks with FullBloom's suite of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional services. Education and Experience: At least eight years of related sales experience with K-12 solution and service-based models. Deep understanding of K-12/Special Education buying cycles. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries. A proven track record in motivating, measuring, driving and expanding sales. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management. Support and develop relationships with public school leaders. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills. This is a remote role and will require 30-40% travel. Compensation will include salary with attractive commission structure.
