A Quality Technician is needed for a company that manufactures and sells marking, tracking and computer printing technologies in the Kenosha, WI area. This job is responsible for supporting quality assurance processes through inspections, audits, and nonconforming material investigations to ensure product quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

salary: $18 - 25 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: High School
responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections on product quality based on the company's quality-assurance processes.
- Assist in investigating nonconforming materials and reporting findings to authorized vendors.
- Engage management and team members for assistance in resolving complex or new issues.
- Support the implementation of quality plans for new products.
- Understand technical requirements and deliver results following established technical frameworks.
- Contribute to maintaining and supporting ISO 9001 quality standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to learn technical information quickly.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and the local language (if applicable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
- Demonstrate strong professional behavior (punctuality, teamwork, time management).
