+ Shortened Saturday shift available (Work 6 hours, but get paid for 8) with additional compensation

**What Youll Do:**

* Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner

* Review contract coverage terms and conditions

* Review inspection reports

* Provide excellent customer service to every contract holder

* Adjudicate claims in a cost-effective manner

* Enter claims and estimates information into computer claims systems

* Document files to include all key activities regarding estimates, repairs and evaluation summary reflecting and revisions

* Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct

* Provide accurate, courteous and timely information to all external and internal customers concerning claim status and other claim inquires

* Conduct and coordinate loss investigations on all claims

* Recommend further action on claims exceeding authority limits

* Review coverage questions and work with supervisor and claim management for approval

* May aide in the training and mentoring of new employees

* Other duties may be assigned

**What You Need To Bring:**

* Strong understanding of how a vehicle operates mechanically

* Knowledge of automotive parts

* Experience in automotive industry

* Basic Microsoft Office 365 experience

* Basis Internet search engine experience

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format

* Excellent customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage a customer phone call

* Strong multitasking skills

* Must be able to pass both a Computer and Typing Skills Assessment

* Hard wired (not Wi-Fi) high speed internet 50 MBPS download/6 MBPS upload
