ABOUT THE POSITION

The Marketing Specialist (P2) assists in implementing marketing activities in support of equipment parts sales objectives for the company. The ideal candidate

will have well-rounded skills in creative marketing tasks

. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Director of Parts Sales and the Marketing Manager on related items which include but are not limited to:

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and more.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, ensuring that all marketing efforts resonate effectively.

Produce high-quality written and visual content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and advertisements.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and engineering, to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continually improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role.

Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.

Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and digital advertising best practices.

Experience working with CMS (Sitefinity a plus) for website design and management.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe CS) and principles is a must.

Videography and Photography a plus.

Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is desirable.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office/Hybrid

An optional hybrid work schedule is available for this position. Travel is required 20% of the time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risk of injury in an office environment and occasionally a manufacturing shop plant environment or a customer site. Duties include a typical office setting including extensive computer work, sitting or standing.
