We are partnering with them to find a Dispatch Operations Coordinator to join their fun and collaborative team As the Dispatch Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the Dispatch and Fleet Management for Greater Seattle/Eastside division. You will collaborate with Superintendents, CDL Drivers, and the Division Accountant to fulfill project and administrative needs. The successful candidate should be adaptable, quick thinking, have great attention to detail, effective communication, and strong relationship-building skills. Dispatch Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: Daily planning and dispatch, including truck rentals. Collaboration with other Lakeside Divisions for scheduling when necessary. Creating weekly driver schedules, trucking forecasts, and look-ahead schedules. Monitoring ELDs, EVIRs, and Geotab Fleet Metrics. Ensuring compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations. Be the subject matter expert in Fleet Management Programs. Coding rentals and truck hire tickets. Daily review of driver timecards. Facilitating the onboarding of new CDL drivers. Tracking, renewing contracts, permits, and other fleet-related matters weekly, monthly, and annually. Active involvement in Division, Drivers, and Safety meetings and initiatives. Dispatch Operations Coordinator Qualifications: Some exposure to the construction industry is required. At least 3 years of dispatch or relevant work experience preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Excellent customer service and integrity. Enjoys working in a team environment. Skilled in effective communication and negotiation. Capable of building strong relationships with supervisors and coworkers. Benefits & Appreciation: 100% paid medical benefits for employees and family. 401k with matching and profit sharing.
