HR Coordinator

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Coordinator - 1st Shift (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at our Byhalia, Mississippi Distribution Center.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Assist with coordination of local LOA/FMLA, STD and support management and employees with all related procedures processes
• Assist in all miscellaneous functions such as updating HR bulletin boards, DC schedule posting, and special activities including charitable contribution programs.
• Review and assist management with the timely processing of EDT's; (Employee Data Transmittals)
• Assist with new hire onboarding and processes.
• Input new hire information and required documents for payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions.
• Answer employee and manager requests & questions on various HR processes.
• Enters employee changes in HRIS (ADP) system with appropriate approvals.
• Responsible for coordinating and promoting local health and wellness initiatives, including the annual Health Fair, Quarterly Health Assessments, Activity Trackers, Quality Drawings

• Manage the local employee product order process (E-store)

Requirements of the position include:

• Work, supervisory, or other experience required: 2+ Years' experience with HRIS/HRM software
  
• HS Diploma/GED is required.
  
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or related experience
  
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
