Location: Wheatridge, CO Pay: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr Shift: 1st shift Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:00PM OR Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM Job Description Set up and operate advanced 4- and 5-axis CNC mills Manufacture tight-tolerance, complex components from aerospace-grade alloys (aluminum and hard alloys) Interpret and execute part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output with GD&T Perform tool selection, in-process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustments Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments Follow QMS processes and procedures, including work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Aerospace industry experience preferred Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5-Axis Machinist Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with Kitamura, Mazak, and Grob machines a plus Experience with Mazak Integrex and Quikturns (CNC Lathe) a plus 5-Axis machining experience a plus Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
