Our elite team of innovators is shaping the next generation of aerospace technology, and we’re seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join us in this mission.Location: Wheatridge, COPay: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hrShift: 1st shiftMonday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:00PM OR Friday- Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PMJob Description:Set up and operate advanced 4- and 5-axis CNC millsManufacture tight-tolerance, complex components from aerospace-grade alloys (aluminum and hard alloys)Interpret and execute part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output with GD&TPerform tool selection, in-process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustmentsPartner with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsFollow QMS processes and procedures, including work instructionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Aerospace industry experience preferredProven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5-Axis MachinistStrong knowledge of machining techniques and toolsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with Kitamura, Mazak, and Grob machines a plusExperience with Mazak Integrex and Quikturns (CNC Lathe) a plus5-Axis machining experience a plusWhy Join Us?Work with cutting-edge aerospace technologyBe part of a team that values precision, innovation, and collaborationCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
