Position Description
Responsibilities include:
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Drive the Procurement Value Proposition concept that optimizes the end to end business requirements for quality, service, and costs.
Responsible for the initiation, formulation, establishment, and negotiation of frame contracts and securing utilization and adherence to these contracts.
Continues procurement process optimization within the agreed field of activities.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management or operations management, finance, or related field.
Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, project management or supply chain.
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills and interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, support requests from, and cooperate directly across all levels of the organization.
Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance.
Ability to build relationships and partnerships within the organization.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Personal Requirements
