Customer Service Representative We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries. Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers. Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels. Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction. Essential Skills: Experience in logistics, customer support, supply chain, and customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service skills including inside sales, data entry, and order entry. Proficiency in using ERP systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. 13 years of experience in customer service or order management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr. Benefits include medical plan, dental, vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance, and more Vacation ranges from 2 to 4 weeks per year based on years of service. Sick leave is 5 days per year. This is a fully onsite position in New Berlin, WI. Application Deadline: This position is anticipated to close on Dec 12, 2025.
