Embassy Suites Hotel in Marlboroough is searching for a passionate individual to join our vibrant team. In this on-call role, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while enjoying the freedom of a flexible schedule.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests in our bar/ restaurant area.
  • Serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Take food orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver meals efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting bar and dining area.
  • Build rapport with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced service industry environment (bartender experience preferred for bartender role).
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
