Project Management Lead

Elephant is looking for an efficient, organized Project Management Lead to manage large-scale interactive projects from project conception and planning through implementation and delivery. Project Management Leads at Elephant are ready to strategically prioritize project deliverables and coordinate resource management spanning different departments across multiple workstreams. They can simultaneously manage client expectations, project scope, schedules, budgets, and internal team needs—organization and attention to detail are essential.
What you bring:
+7 years of experience
Demonstrated experience planning, scheduling, and facilitating project activities, applying creative and strategic thinking, and project management skills to satisfy requirements for delivery.
Ability to create detailed project (creative, multimedia, etc.) requirements, including roadmaps and detailed timelines
Experience conducting and leading kick-off and status meetings with clients, vendors, and internal discipline leads.
Ability to manage both short and long-term creative-driven marketing projects with aggressive, fixed timelines and very high expectations
A strong understanding of web, social, mobile, and emerging technologies as well as the ability to develop and implement a project management methodology that involves a range of tools and tactics.
Passion for delivering the best creative within schedule and budget.
Deeply digitally curious with an insatiable passion for the latest news, events, products, and trends.
