The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership and guidance to support the organization's continued growth and success. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting and strategic panning, financial and tax reporting, banking and treasury, M&A due diligence, board committee liaison preparation, investments, and risk management. Additionally, this role will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, optimizing capital allocation, and enhancing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the organization's strategic financial objectives and initiatives. Act as the point person for all technical accounting matters. Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational goals. Oversee financial reporting and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Optimize and manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support growth and mitigate financial risk. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting CPA Public Accounting experience required Proven track record of success as a financial leader in a middle market or larger organization, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations is a plus.
