Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint and Teams Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a direct hire role. This position is fully remote and requires availability from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time. The contract duration is 6 months.

Responsibilities:

- Assessment and Improvement:

- Evaluate the current state of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments against industry best practices. - Design, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the existing Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams setups.

- Migration:

- Assist in migrating legacy Microsoft SharePoint sites to modern Microsoft SharePoint sites, ensuring a seamless transition.

- Governance:

- Develop and enforce policies for effective governance of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

- Security:

- Collaborate with IT security teams to devise and implement robust security strategies and practices for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

- Technical Support:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. - Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of these platforms.
