Your day to day as a Director of staff Development
As the Full Time Director of Staff Development at Sunnyside Convalescent Hospital in Fresno, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, directing, evaluating, and coordinating educational and on-the-job training programs for our healthcare team. You will have the opportunity to incorporate various training materials and aids into existing programs to enhance staff development.
