As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees at the location. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting guests, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily tasks and deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and assist with visitor management. + Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities and any security-related incidents. + Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed. + Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the site and/or situation. Minimum Requirements: + A guard card or license is preferred. + Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
