We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with experience recruiting for the engineering or landscape architecture fields. This candidate will be a "one person show" with future potential to build a team as the company continues to grow. Candidate should be willing to learn about LevelUp and it's various roles to potentially wear multiple hats to stay productive during any downtime when not focused on recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Source, screen, and set up interviews with candidates for various roles within LevelUp
  • Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
  • Develop strategies and market the company as a best place to work
  • Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events.
  • Create and lead a summer internship program

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years recruiting experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, experience specific to the engineering field a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented, as well as experience presenting to groups
  • Ability to travel as needed (mainly to attend college career fairs or similar events)

Benefits package including 401K, Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Medical Insurance. 1 remote work day per week. Potentially open to part time role or additional remote work days for an experienced candidate.
