As we accelerate our growth, we're on the lookout for a hands on and experienced Head of Sales to drive our sales efforts, shape our corporate and sales strategy, and fuel our exponential expansion

As the Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our sales success. You'll build and lead a top-notch sales team, set a high bar with your hands-on approach, and lead by example. We seek a candidate with a stellar track record in building and leading successful sales teams within the EV charging, solar, energy efficiency, batteries, or electrical equipment sectors, especially adept at selling to building owners, developers, and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting building owners, managers, and developers.
  • Channel Optimization: Formulate and execute the optimal sales strategy, optimizing sales channels for maximum impact.
  • Partnership Building: Identify and cultivate channel partnerships with companies offering complementary products.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly in sales activities, leveraging your network to drive revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a robust pipeline of customers, leveraging past successes to shorten sales cycles.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, utilizing automation and optimization tools like Salesforce.
  • Balanced Growth: Manage the sales pipeline to balance short-term wins with long-term opportunities.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on EV charging, solar, batteries, electrical equipment, or energy efficiency.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and optimizing sales channel structures.
  • Strong network and understanding of the dynamics within building owners, managers, and developers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of driving results using automation and optimization tools like Salesforce.
