To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:•Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/documents and annual budget preparation. Also assist with financial bridge process and variance analysis. •Leads cost accounting process.•Perform new program financial tracking and analysis and work with program finance to ensure quoted margins are adhered to.•Prepare, review and maintain capital expenditure requests.•Leads projects and team assignments for general accounting and financial analysis activities in the plant.•Coordinates fixed asset and depreciated work.This role is a senior level position, a part of our Bluffton Finance team and reports to the Finance Manager. Required experience:•Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting•Minimum 5-8 years' experience as a Financial Business Analyst preferably in manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.Understanding of financial systems, manufacturing systems, general ledger, standardized cost accounting, along with budgeting and forecasting is a plus.Knowledge of QAD and One Stream is a plus.
