Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct financial models and analyses to support strategic objectives. Evaluate intricate financial data and provide precise and timely financial recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
  • Generate regular (monthly, weekly, daily) reports and forecasts on financial performance, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor on various finance-related topics.
  • Communicate results and concepts effectively to a senior-level audience.
  • Proactively lead high-impact projects and financial reporting while operating with a significant degree of independence.
  • Contribute significantly to process enhancements - propose recommendations to boost efficiency and effectiveness, and assist in implementation.
  • Ensure financial systems align with organizational needs, gather input, conduct research, and implement necessary system modifications.
  • Act as the liaison for new or modified business systems integrations, overseeing system upgrades, testing, and issue escalation through end-user system testing and analysis aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and accounting software.

  • Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of progressively complex experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in analytical and/or financial disciplines such as business, finance, operations, or economics.
  • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling/automation tools (Alteryx, Snowflake, Power Query).
