Position Overview:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee their payment gateways, with a primary focus on their digital and land-based gaming products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of payment technologies, particularly ACH e-check solutions, and a passion for driving product expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and strategies for payment gateway products, aligning them with the overall business objectives.

Analyze the payment landscape, including emerging trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements, to inform product development and strategy.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to execute on product initiatives effectively.

Manage and optimize ACH e-check products for digital and land-based casinos and sportsbooks, ensuring seamless integration and superior user experiences.

Oversee the management of gateway assets, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.

Drive the expansion of their payment gateway product line, identifying new market opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to enhance their offerings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding payment gateway-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of 3+ years in product management roles, preferably within the iGaming industry or related fintech sectors.

Strong understanding of payment technologies and methodologies, with experience in ACH e-check solutions highly desired.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Prior experience working remotely is a plus; familiarity with the Las Vegas gaming market is preferred.
