Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first General Laborer The General Laborer will assist with the general day-to-day operations of the yard. To be successful, it must be able to work independently to accomplish daily tasks. {Local info inserted here – ie: front scales area, sorting metals, cleaning, customer service, lawn care} What We Offer: Career advancement Training Paid time off Economical medical, dental, vision insurance 401k Parental PTO EAP for employees and dependents Employer contributions to medical savings accounts So much more What You’ll Be Doing: Clean and prepare sites by removing debris and possible hazards Assist in maintenance of equipment Sort and pick up recycling material Adhere to operating and health and safety protocols Ensure a clean and orderly workplace Assist in housekeeping Performs other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Ability to use variety of hand tools such as snip cutters, brooms, shovels, etc. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently Ability to work overhead, climb ladders, kneel, and stand for long periods.
