As the Director of Operations, you will be at the helm of this dynamic organization, shaping the future of home care delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence a dedicated team while contributing to the growth and success of both organizations.We are looking for a Home Care Marketing/ or Operations Professional with experience in the Senior Care Market. Must be a leader who can drive business and create a collaborative company culture. Must be able to think critically, be detailed, organized, and able to work with little or no supervision.Profit Share available, Stellar bonus structure, this is a great position for an experienced Home Care/ Senior Care/ Home Health Marketing professional who is ready to take that next step.Staffing knowledge is a plus. This person must have knowledge of Home Care operations, in order to hire a staffing coordinator and train effectively.The Director of Operations would run the location, with support from our corporate offices in San Diego, recruiting assistance, and staffing assistance, provided.
