Corporate Director of Marketing Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand visibility. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, print materials, and promotional events. Collaborate closely with property management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and guest needs. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives. Foster strong relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify our brand presence. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Corporate Director of Marketing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling. Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable results. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
