A. Duie Pyle Dedicated prides itself on delivering the most personalized customer service in the industry, with much of our success due to our professional, team-oriented drivers. While all drivers are hired for and consistently work a primary account, to maintain our service standards, there are occasions we request members of the Dedicated team provide temporary assistance at other accounts during surge periods.

**A. Duie Pyle currently has an opening for a Local Dedicated Delivery Flex Driver in Windsor, CT.**

This is a unique opportunity to join a family-owned, industry-leading, employee-focused company.

* Covering various Dedicated Accounts as needed

* Mix of local and regional runs

* Potential to travel

* $300 flat rate pay per day

* Target W2- $75k

* Open Door Policy

* Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement required

* Minimum of 21 years of age

* One (1) year of recent verified CDL-A experience, van type trailer experience preferred. (Drivers with less experience may be considered for this position or may be considered for our in-house Truck Driving Academy or Finishing program based on the amount of verified experience.)

* No license suspensions (excluding non-moving violations) in the last 3 years

* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

* No unexplained gaps in employment

* Ability to perform the functions of a dockworker (drive propane powered forklift or battery operated pallet jack to push, pull, lift, stack, tier or move products to and from trailers and straight trucks)

* Complete Pre-Trip and Post-Trips

* Communicate with dispatch via in-cab electronic device

* Read Bill of Lading to determine assignments
