Maintain product specifications by utilizing the appropriate inspection equipment as required. Maintain and adjust machine feeds and speeds and perform routine maintenance and lubrication as required.Able to use machine-specific software programs as required. Troubleshoot and correct set up problems, and have full knowledge of all tooling required. Complete all job-related paperwork and shop floor data collection accurately. Adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System. Adhere to safe operating procedures as required by specific standards related to equipment.Marginal / Less Essential Job Functions Flexible and continually maintain attention to detail. Evaluate and maintain measuring and testing equipment. Have excellent team working and communication skills. Maintain a clean work area including machine operation cleanliness. Assist other departments to troubleshoot equipment and/or process issues for continuous improvement. Train and assist associates on set up and operating functions as needed. Maintain tooling and manufacturing supplies as needed.
