Our mission is to ensure that our members have essential products and services in the Los Angeles area. Our Brand Marketing Executives play a major role in shaping our company and connecting us to our local markets in the Los Angelesarea. We looking to hire a driven Brand Marketing Executive who is passionate about the community, providing essential services to local customers and helping others continue to grow and develop new skills.
The Brand Marketing Executive acts as a liaison between our outreach campaigns to continue fostering prior professional relationships and acquiring new potential members. The Brand Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting members or potential members with issues and/or inquiries they may have about their applications. This Brand Marketing Executive role is responsible for receiving and addressing customer inquiries, resolution of member complaints, client education, and retention of membership.
Brand Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Interacting directly with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about their product offers.
- Assisting members in enrollment and provider services.
- Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved.
- Communicating effectively to members to ensure members understand expectations of their concerns.
- Performing research on billing inquiries and claims to provide service.
- Acting as a liaison between the member and various departments to address concerns.
- Assisting in ongoing training for the marketing and sales departments
- Additional duties as assigned.
Brand Marketing Executive Requirements:
- Previous experience in a brand marketing, customer service or sales role preffered
- Maintains a high-energy attitude
- Interested in learning work ethics and motivational skills
- Strives for growth in a team dynamic
- Open to management training
