Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Long Term Care (LTC) Marketing for our client, a leading neuro-focused biopharmaceutical company. This role is to lead the LTC strategy for a breakthrough treatment. The ideal candidate will have deep LTC experience in marketing or market access and a strong understanding of the market access landscape. This role involves the development, implementation, and execution of LTC marketing strategies to support the company's growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the Annual LTC Brand Plan.
Partner with various teams to develop customer segmentation and align marketing messages.
Monitor marketplace and competitor trends to identify threats and opportunities.
Lead strategy for national LTC society interactions and congress meetings.
Collaborate with Sales Training to ensure LTC brand strategy and materials are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in scientific or business discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of strong marketing and/or sales experience in a pharmaceutical market.
Master's or MBA degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual bonus target: 35% of base salary
